VENUE

Echidna Park Sporting Clays Inc, Panget Road, East Chapman, Western Australia

LIABILITY

You are solely responsible for your property at all times.
If your property is lost, stolen, or damaged on the property, we/us (WA Gravity Enduro PTY LTD and Echidna Park Sporting Clays INC) are under no obligation to:
- replace the property;
- compensate you for; or
- be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any accident or, direct or indirect loss including but not limited to loss suffered to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever during your attendance.
You agree to fully and finally release and discharge us from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever you have against us whether known or unknown, whether accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to your stay.
If a condition or warranty cannot be excluded at law then you agree to the fullest extent permitted by law that our liability for a breach of the condition or warranty shall be, at our sole election, the re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supply of the relevant goods or services. All other conditions and/or warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You fully indemnify us against any loss, liability, damage, action, demand, expense, claim, fine, charge or obligation which we have or may suffer or incur by reason of or in any way consequent upon, arising out of or incidental to the non-performance or non-observance of the obligations and liabilities imposed on you under this Agreement or by reason of or concerning or arising out of your conduct, act or omission on or related to the Booking or your attendance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge and I am aware that:
- All attendees may traverse steep, rugged, and challenging terrain and features on uneven ground, and will expose me to many risks, dangers, and hazards such as personal injury resulting from trips or falls;
- Mountain Biking is an extreme sport and involves many inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Injuries to persons and damage to equipment are a common and expected part of Mountain Biking;
- Falls and collisions occur frequently during Mountain Biking. Track conditions, obstacles, and features can and will change without warning;
- Inherent risks of Mountain Biking include impact or collision with other users, other bikes and vehicles, and becoming lost or separated from the guides or other users of the Bike Park;
- Full face helmets are mandatory when riding on the mountain bike trails at the Venue. Other mountain biking protective gear is strongly recommended to be worn.

ETIQUETTE

- Camping and caravans are temporary accommodation options often within close proximity to other guests. Please respect each other and keep noise to a minimum by keeping music and conversations at a respectful level to other guests.
- Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Noise levels should be respectable before 7am and after 9pm.
- Camp generators are to be turned off between 9pm and 8am.
- Disrespectful language and behaviour will not be tolerated.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in verbals warnings through to eviction from the campground.

ADDITIONAL RULES

- I will not cut down standing trees (either considered alive or dead)
- Any holes dug around race village must be filled in and levelled upon departure. If I have children, I am responsible for their actions.
- I will not litter - bins are available for use and/or I will take my own litter away.
