Goosebumps watching the intro!! Lock in 🔐 for the full 60minute special this weekend, can't wait to relive all the thrills and spills of the 2025 AusCycling MTB Enduro Oceania and National Championships, lets go 🥳🥳
G'day legends! We have finally emerged following some much needed downtime after a massive event last week in Collie for the 2025 AusCycling MTB Oceania and Enduro National Championships!! 🏆![]()
Following months of planning plus some last minute curveballs, the team adapted quickly to bring everything to fruition and we coudn't be more stoked with the results. ![]()
Firstly, a massive congraulations to all the competitors! We set a huge Enduro course as seen in the times, with about 25mins+ of racing and 5 hours in the saddle. 🥵![]()
Most riders were cooked after Stage 1! Dandjoo is a beast - a true endurance test. We then sent riders over to Honeymoon Pool to lap up these spicy trails and with shuttles required to ensure the safety of riders, Honeymoon's Over was added to ensure there was plenty of endurance in Enduro.
Following these challenging trails, riders made the journey along Lennard Road to cross the dam wall - an iconic feature of the event, before riding back in to race village for a recharge.
THEN - riders made their way over to tackle more challenging tracks including Black Glove, Dam It and Pipe'n Hot. We think this all tied together to create a great Enduro challenge for all competitors. Simultaneously on Saturday, we enjoyed watching our U9 and U11 racing some flow over on Stages 9, 10 and 11!![]()
Thrown in the mix was Seeding Runs. We think this worked pretty well, ensuring all riders had the opportunity to post a time on a designated trail during practise to ensure clear space during racing.![]()
Another big shoutout to the spectators! It was awesome to see so many spectators around the place cheering on the riders - the noise brings that extra boost needed for the riders, particularly on the final stage of the final day!![]()
Huge thanks once again to AusCycling AusCycling MTB & CX for allowing us to work with you to host this awesome event. We will never take for granted the great privilage it is to have a National Championships in our backyard. Well done to Harry, Andy, Pete and all Commissaires and support staff, and Ben our commentator! It is always great working with you are we can't wait to do it again in 2026! ![]()
To our WAGE Crew. Couldn't happen without you. Clare, Nick, Cooper, Linda, Edward, Brad (busts his finger up during marshalling and soldiers on!), Joel, Brett, Jason and Alyssa - Alyssa would often stay up late helping clear SIAC's, do timing checks, provide us with sanity checks and run through processes to ensure a smooth workflow the next day, then back it up riding out to setup timing and undertake live timing checks - absolute legend 🙏
And Chris - makes the journey across from the east-coast to help marshal, dislocates his collarbone early in the week, throws it in a sling and continues on marshalling! 🥲 Thanks to Lucy, Travis and Alex for our morning trail sweep 🤟Surely we have forgetten someone...! Thanks again to Dan and Tania for the epic photos now available in our Google Album.
Plus, a quiet thanks to our secret squirrels who helped early on with liaison times and course design 😉![]()

Thankyou to On Track Mountain Biking and Loose riders Perth for shuttling riders safely up and down River Road 🤘![]()
Thankyou to local Kita Ashleigh Photography for your awesome photo of the dam which was used for prizes 🙂![]()
And a MASSIVE thankyou to Kym and Kalon at Adventure Connections - the Wellington Dam Trail Centre! Kym was incredibly supportive from start to finish and helped us quickly adapt to changing circumstances. From spectators shuttles, riders shuttles and home cooked meals, Kym had us covered! 😀 If you need something, just ask Kym ☺️![]()
Thankyou to our sponsors, race village vendors, food and coffee suppliers, St John Ambulance and all supporting organisations.![]()
